At Cattlemark Co., we want every order to arrive as expected. If there is an issue with your purchase, please review the following policy carefully.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Items showing signs of wear or use

  • Orders returned without prior approval

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after approval, please first check with your payment provider, as processing times may vary.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders enter processing and cannot be changed or canceled.
